Hi, yes you can store your luggage here after the check-out. You can walk from or to the Santa Maria Novella Train Station in about 18-20 minutes. The difficulty depends on the size and numbers of your luggage. Best way is by taxi.

Hi, is there an elevator for upper floors?

Hi, all our rooms are located on the third floor and yes, there is an elevator that brings to the third floor but please note that there are 22 stairs to reach that lift from our front door on the street.

Hi, No free parking inside our city center. You have to park in a Garage nearby (2/5 minutes walking), like GARAGE DELLE TERME or GARAGE LUNGARNO. Daily rate depends on your size car, nights number, period. So please get in touch with them directly.

A nice little place
The location is just about perfect for exploring downtown Florence, it's hard to imagine a better spot. The room was pretty nice overall, and a good deal for the location. The staff were very kind and helpful, and put in effort to give us a good experience. Very good soundproofing on the windows, even though it's in a busy area.
There were a few minor issues, such as a lack of surface space in the room (maybe one more small table would be nice), and the shower door was partly broken which was a bit in inconvenient.

Beautiful, comfortable and dreamy.
This is a gorgeous bnb located at he very heart of Florence, everything is walking distance away. Staff greeted us upon our arrival and was super kind and attentive. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen, even though there's no breakfast, we were able to make ourselves some coffee or tea when we wanted. Enjoyed our stay here very much.
